There is nothing quite like the fall in the Napa Valley. The weather is usually perfect for enjoying the outdoors and the fall colors are brilliantly unique from one vineyard to the next. During the crush, there is often the aroma of wine in the air. It is the perfect time of year for an outdoor picnic and a last moment to cherish the time before the weather turns colder and the vines become barren. As the wine is poured, there is the anticipation of that very first sip; but this moment cannot be rushed, it must be savored.
